|Low Hot Water Pressure
Low water pressure is characterized by a lower than normal flow of water to your home. Low water pressure in only the hot water system can be caused by crimps in tubing, clogged prefilters or rust accumulation in old pipes leading to or from the hot water heater.
If the water pressure is below 40 psi, a water pressure booster system may be necessary.
If any prefilters are clogged, they will need to be cleaned or replaced.
